Insurance As of October 1st, 2010, DAA staff will be insured by the National General Insurance Company (NGI). Marsh Insco is the company that processes the claims. Claim forms can be filled out and dropped off in the Superintendent's office for submission to Marsh. There are three different classifications for staff: Platinum (North American Overseas hire employees); Diamond (Overseas hire employees of other nationalities); Gold (Local Hire employees). Staff is able to upgrade their insurance and add a dependent to their insurance at their own expense.
